November Happenings

This seems to be a busy art month for me. I’ve got a few things going on that include:  –  Ethnographic Terminalia 2010

November 11-December 3, 2010. DuMois Gallery, New Orleans. Ethnographic Terminalia is an exhibition of over 20 local, national and international artists and anthropologists who work at the intersection of art and anthropology. (Two pencil drawings on display.)  –  The B.E.S.T. of First Nations

Blue Horse Gallery is honored to participate in the promotion and preservation ofthe rich heritage of First Nations’ culture by presenting their first annual Native Art Show entitled The B.E.S.T. of First Nations, expressions of beauty, eloquence, strength, tenacity. The juried art show will take place at Blue Horse Gallery in Bellingham, Washington. The show will be open from November 3, 2010 and run through November 26, 2010.  –  8th Annual Potlatch Fund Gala & Silent Art Auction

Saturday, November 20th at the Grand Hyatt Seattle. 5pm Reception with Silent Auction. 7pm Dinner with Program.

There are also other things going on such as a print workshop I’m taking at Sev Shoon Arts Center and the beginnings of a sketchbook project I signed up to do with art house co-op (along with thousands of other artists). Plus, I really need to get my paperwork in order. Ah well. It’ll happen.
